SMALL GROUP PT

Our coach-led SGPT sessions are designed to be personalised to the individual. When you join you are not just a number, you are provided with guidance, accountability, and motivation from professionals who know how to get results.

We offer Open Gym which is exclusive to our SGPT members. Use the Gym to do extra sessions alongside your Group PT sessions during off-peak hours.

METCON

Our functional high intensity interval training sessions are designed to provide you with a full-body workout that is both challenging and fun.

We combine a variety of exercises that target different areas of your fitness and incorporate a circuit-style of training to maximise your results.

WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB

Our WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB is adapted to your ability level, so whether you are a beginner or an experienced lifter, our British Weightlifting qualified coaches will provide you with the guidance and support you need to progress.

Learn how to Snatch, and Clean & Jerk, and develop your training in a dynamic and exciting way.

LIFT & SWEAT

Combining lifting with our functional CrossFit style metcons. LIFT & SWEAT is barbell and dumbbell focused. Specifically designed to get you stronger and fitter. Built on our ethos of results and community. Work alongside others to help you reach your goals.
