GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Each session is led by our highly qualified coaches who guides you through a tailored workout, ensuring you use the right technique, the right weights, and the right level of intensity for your ability. Unlike large fitness classes, we keep our groups small so you get individual attention while still benefiting from the motivation of training alongside others.
STRENGTH
Build real strength with expert coaching in a focused, supportive group environment. Our Strength Sessions are designed to help you move better, lift with confidence, and see measurable progress over time.
Each session centres around key compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls, helping you develop full body strength and solid technique. With guidance from our coaches, you’ll learn proper form, train at the right intensity for your level, and safely challenge yourself week by week
WEIGHTLIFTING
Our Weightlifting sessions are adapted to your ability level, so whether you are a beginner or an experienced lifter, our British Weightlifting qualified coaches will provide you with the guidance and support you need to progress.
Learn how to Snatch, and Clean & Jerk, and develop your training in a dynamic and exciting way.
CONDITIONING
Push your limits and build real fitness with our high energy Conditioning sessions. Designed to improve endurance, stamina, and overall work capacity.
Each session combines functional movements with proven training methods to elevate your heart rate and keep you moving. Expect a mix of cardio, bodyweight exercises, and equipment based work such as kettlebells, sleds, and cardio machines.
